MIRACLE MAC

Miracle Mac is a newer variety of McIntosh apple known for being firmer and sweeter than a traditional McIntosh, while still retaining the juicy, aromatic character that makes McIntosh apples so popular.
Its balanced semi-sweet flavor and firm texture make it excellent for fresh eating and snacking, while it is also a versatile all-purpose apple that works particularly well for apple pie, baking, applesauce, and cider.
Miracle Mac typically ripens in mid-September. One of its standout qualities is its firmer flesh, which gives it an advantage over traditional McIntosh varieties when used for baking and cooking, while still providing the juicy bite people expect from a Mac.
Miracle Mac is also part of a group of newer McIntosh strains developed with improved red coloring.
